Sara will weave together a rich and clear movement vocabulary of Gyrokinesis® and 30 years of dance distilled into the most essential elements of tango and much more...
Sara teaches movement that is healthy, natural, and structurally correct which supports joyful ease of dancing, good for a lifetime.
You will need:
Socks
Dance shoes if you have them (but not required)
Proof of vaccination (bring card day of class, email photo to tango@tangoenvie.com, or text photo to 2068345276)
Desire for feeling good in the dancing :)
(no partner needed, we will do exercises of exchange of roles for everyone)
